Objection and Complaint Procedure

ASB Certification Services Ltd. Şti. complaints and appeals related to system certification activities can be made in writing and verbally to the organization after audits, audit reports, audit team, audit content, etc. All complaints about the audits conducted are discussed in the next complaint evaluation committee meeting.

Decisions taken after the meeting are communicated in writing to the relevant organizations and members of the audit team. Within the scope of the relevant decisions, corrective/preventive actions are initiated as necessary.

Complaints and disputes about the organization

Complaints made in writing or verbally to the company's website or to ASB Certification Services Ltd. Şti. regarding the organization are initially reported to the organization in writing, and the relevant corrective/preventive actions are requested to be reported in writing to ASB Certification Services Ltd. Şti. within 1 month.

The information received from the organization is conveyed in writing to the organization that made the complaint.
