QUALITY AUDITOR / LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING
Training Purpose
To develop the capabilities of audit personnel within the framework of ISO 19011 standard so that Quality Management System Audits can be conducted effectively and appropriately.
It involves transferring basic knowledge, creating a discussion environment for experience sharing, reinforcing the subject with practical exercises, and ensuring that all participants become qualified Management System Auditors / Lead Auditors as specified in the EOQ Quality Personnel Certification Scheme at the end of the training.

Preliminary Experience
It is important and necessary for all participants to have prior knowledge and understanding of the content and implementation of ISO 9000:2000 series standards. During the course, you will learn basic information about how organizations operate and the role of top management, and gain some audit experience. If you want to become an IRCA-certified auditor, we recommend that you review the IRCA registration criteria on their website before the course.
Practical Activities
You will perform a series of exercises to enhance your knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Through realistic case studies covering all audit activities, you will develop audit and lead auditor skills.
